Customer service is sadly lacking with this company and their delivery company delivered to your front door no further so i had to wait a week until i could round up some friends to get it upstairs thus making it over their 14 day return policy by the time i had found it to be like sleeping on concrete and complained their stock response is youre outside the 14 day return it will soften in 68 weeks trust all the reviews

Love this mattress so thick and comfortable quite possibly the worst mattress i have ever tried to sleep on its so firm its more like sleeping on the floor their suggestion was to get a mattress topper which really only makes it a bit better my wife and i have suffered back pain from this mattress and she has slept on the sofa instead until we can get another new and better mattress from somewhere else
