In addition to 6 relatively sturdy hooks attached to the top inside back surface a very thick hook attached to the top outside back surface and a ring attached to the top inside front surface there is a 1 12 chain attached just inside the zipper closure at the top

I did not see that they case had a very sturdy belt clip and since my partner prefers to keep his key case in his back pocket the belt clip would have been very uncomfortable to sit on
