Even though i wore it for a couple minutes the affects of the shirt were still in place after i took it off

It fits great it should be noted that you have to slide it up as apposed to putting it on over the head like a regular shirt

It is very tight but i did figure out a technique to tacking it off upward instead of downward but downward ward much easier
