It works wonderful no more night sweats or heat flashes. It also helps me regulate my digestive system. My perimenopause symptoms seem to be at bay. I still have a few hot flashes here and there, but it isn't too bad.

It took about two weeks for it to build up in my system and it has cut my hot flashes back 90%!

This worked very well the first two weeks, then started losing potency.

After five days i felt the beginning of a couple hour flashes, but they inly lasted a few seconds.
