It feels almost like a stretchy nylon windbreaker and it makes a swishing noise when i walk

There’s also a weird seam on the outside of the leg where a pleat would be were they pleated pants which they are not

One thing to consider is that they have an interesting design they almost look like a hybrid of casual athletic pants and formal pants

So depending on what you wear it could look like dress pants not super formal ones but day to day ones if you will or it could look like joggers

I ordered these for my boyfriend hoping he could wear them with his suit jacket as his suit pants are uncomfortable
