I got my period the next day while i was getting ready for work and my cramps got so bad at work that i threw up and was literally curled up into a ball crying

Left early and saw that this heating pad had gotten delivered while i was out and as soon as i put it on my cramps almost completely went away

It isn’t bulky and comes with a button so the band can easily come off from around in my case right now waist
