The strap that it comes with it also comfortable in some areas i’m plus size so it doesn’t fit around my stomach but i’ve found other ways to get it where i need it

In fact i cannot use it on the 2 highest temperatures because i actually find them too hot for me

I never use the belt because i just lay the pad on my lap so i would actually prefer not to have the belt on the heating pad but it does work to attach the heating pad to your back
