The heat and vibration works like a charm and the battery lasts long enough to help her fall asleep. The massage function is a little gimmicky but it's nice to have. The vibrations are also amazing!

The massage function is really just patterns of vibration which doesn’t do anything for my cramps but i imagine that i’ll also use this on my back while i work and it’ll be a nice bonus feature

This most high setting is hot and i repeat hot it says to not leave on your skin but my pain is so severe at times i need it to be as hot as possible
