It's very soft, adorable, and though my sinus infection has deprived me of smell, my husband assures me it smells great. My only issue is the scent.

Thoroughly disappointed in this product. If my math is right, that means we got roughly 110 uses out of it. It barely gets warm. When you heat it up - it smokes!

The smell is awful. It makes me nauseous and that's the last thing i want when ony period. There is now an awful smell (not lavender) emanating from the frustration, and it is only worse with microwaving… ideas?

My only complaint is the smell the first warm up it’s so overpowering and nauseating.
