Yes the directions are very small yes they expect you to know what a screw or whatever is named but if you just look at the product and problem solve it is rather simple

It is adjustable but at its lowest setting its still difficult for me bc im a beginner in the ab department

When i ordered this it had a 20 discount with it so i believe it was around d 70 and i dont think i would have paid more than that
