It's excellent and the resistance levels are nice and consistent so far.
Other than it being heavy it was easy to put together and it's very sturdy!
Setup was easy, i did it alone with the tools provided.

Its extremely quiet so if you have someone sleeping in the same room that youre using it in you should be more worried about them hearing you breathing than the machine itself

Its definitely a two person job to carry and put together but i did it myself it just took longer to complete
