I am not sure if this bike would be for the committed biker but for somebody like me it's excellent. Nicer than expected. Overall, quite satisfied with the bike.

Use the qr code to help assimilate if reading the book is confusing. All the nuts,washers and bolts are on a cryovak blistered clipboard. Fairly easy to assemble, even for an old timer.

Have 350 miles on the odometer now and no problems. Bike has good resistance in peddling (as desired). Also the arm resistant bans are a plus. One improvement is for there to be functionality between the app and the apple fitness app.

The seat and back are both nicely cushioned allowing for a comfortable long ride. The recumbent position is not really recumbent, still basically upright.

I was debating on investing in a peloton or buying a stationary bike. The foldable design and wheels make it very easy to move around and stow away.

Pedals are not at all easy to disassemble. It hurts my tail bone and posterior bones so badly that i can't stand to be on it for more than 10mins. Very discouraging.
