The sides work separately so it also works for arm and leg workouts although that does mean adjusting it has to be set on both sides i do wish there was a way to adjust both sides at once

There’s an instruction booklet but it doesn’t really tell you anything about the device just exercises

I don’t necessarily know that more is needed though the button adjustment was a little puzzling at first still figuring it out took me less than a minute

At its flattest setting the ab machine is relatively flat which makes it easy to move around and store

As for exercises where you push it down the resistance isnt enough to make them challenging for me

I dont get a lot of use from it that way because im reasonably fit even though i am overweight and more often i want to make the basic exercises harder
