The vibration is surprisingly effective, and i really feel like it's working my body in ways that regular exercise doesn't.
The first thing i do when i get home from get off work is to take out the vibration plate exercise machine to relax.
After standing on it for a few minutes, my feet felt so relaxed, it was like a mini spa session while i was getting my workout in.
