I love the sleeves, and the fabric is much softer than i was expecting from the picture. The subtle pattern of the fabric reminds me of seersucker. The fabric is soft and good quality but light enough to let a breeze through.
Fits perfectly and the sleeves are flattering. I'm a 14/16, and the xl is a big, but again, tucked in looks nice. It fits true to size and it's really flattering.

It’s long enough to almost cover your bum if you leave it untucked. Just the right length. Most likely be office friendly for warmer months.
