Pros

It is fitting, but stretchy. Size xl fits loose but i like it that way.

I like the ribbed texture and it seems like a well made shirt. I need to see how the navy xl washes (using color guard detergent and 1/4 cup white vinegar to lock in the color, turning inside out) love these shirts.

Buy it, you won't be disappointed. Ordering more colors. If it passes my wash test i'l be buying a lot more.

The neckline is perfect for work. It works for comfortable casual and a little more dressy casual also.

Cons

Way over priced. Very disappointing. It was obviously purchased by someone else, worn and then returned to amazon.
