Easy install with app, all parts included. Next, syncing it up to homekit was a breeze. I also have the meross garage door opener and having tried several smart products i feel like meross makes some of the best ones.

Switch particularly is sleek and stylish. Comes with custom snap on face plates but also allows for the use of standard screw on plates. One issue is the provided switch covers are a bit smaller and don't have screw holes.

Took me about an hour for everything. Tucked everything back in and then turned the power. We primarily control it via voice through alexa as kids use to to go up and down stairs. Prompt replies and eager to solve any problem.

Cons

This dimmer is one of the worst smart devices i've bought. It goes first to 100% and from there dims to 10%. This leaves us with just walking up to the switch and dimming or switching, which 7 usd do as well.

If you have to change the programming for any reason, it is quite a chore. The quality is very disappointing. The little paper instruction sheet is next to worthless.

It’s almost like the switch is rebooting. Clicking on that was the biggest mistake. The end result is a faceplate that doesn't sit anywhere near flush with the wall.

The meross switches definitely stand out a bit, but the photos exaggerate the difference slightly.

Making a connection to the apple home kits is easy, but adding the switch to the meross apps is tricky.
