Using the meross smart app, the plug performs flawlessly. Both units work exactly as promised and i have no complaints. Would absolutely recommend despite the set up issues.

For those looking for an affordable smart plug, this product is a great deal. It offers smart functionality without a hefty price tag. It's awesome that you can get that kind of versatility at such a great price.

Cons

The matter versions are only 10 amp instead of 15, they do not mention that. I’m not one to steer people away but this product *!

The instructions on how to reset these is not accurate. Goes offline daily. Tried resetting the plugs over and over. Google home says it is “ offline”. Qr code isn't printed anywhere, nor is the serial number.

Meross plugs consistently not pairing no matter how many times you reset it, unplug, wait, etc. It still works on the meross app but my whole home is homekit which defeats the purpose and if it disconnects it's pointless.

It's not able to hold the network connection, and sometimes i can't even successfully reinstall it.
