Smart plugs are a bit bulky but work really well. Great compatibility with voice assistants like alexa and google assistant. Easy to set up and automate using alexa routines. Compatible with my alexa voice, alexa app, or meross app.
The meross app is required for energy monitoring, firmware updates, offline routines, and being able to turn the led on and off.

Cons
Trying to set the meross plugs up is supremely annoying and time consuming. Once that is complete i have to scan qr code again. Back to meeros scan qr code.

On the whole i am happy with this purchase, it was reasonably priced and will be used regularly especially on darker nights.
)-at £19 this is a pretty expensive smart plug for a not very well known brand, and that's my only complaint.
I feel like this should be priced more around the £12 mark.
Slightly expensive for a single piece smart plug.

I received the plug reasonably well packed in an amazon box, and then in its own branded box.
