I’ll be glad to return the defective dimmer for a replacement but they have not replied and i’ve been emailing them for weeks.

I contacted meross support by email and explained exactly what was wrong and they replied requiring me to make two videos showing how the dimmer did not work to provide a screen shot of the homekit set up code to provide the amazon shipping info

It should be noted that i didnt find a way to go from off to 100 via a single button press though that would really only be necessary if your device is sensitive to dimming
