Great little device quick and easy to setup - configured to my alexa account and can control each outlet separately for automation
Third piece that i buy ,set up outdoor ,rain ,cold and not a single glitch and works equally with the application
We replaced our idevices outdoor plug which finally stopped working after a few years of annoying behaviour.
Then these start to fail until brought inside for a couple hours.
Price
$20 kasa plug feels a lot more solid.
Competitiveness
I bought a second as i was feeling good about it and have a great experience with other meross products.
It also works with alexa, google, and smartthings.
Update: after connecting with meross support, it looks as though this unit works under older security protocol, less than wpa3.
Not really bad, but the kasa one is a lot nicer.

So the light have a little bit of current passing event if the switch is off… still monitoring…
