I love meross products, i have 2 garage openers, an ambient light and an outside dusk to dawn plug, all of them wifi enabled.
The upper button cycles the fan speed, the lower cycles the dimmer levels, and the main power turns both on/off with a single press.
Without this device you would need two switches and even the ones with a remote didn’t work correctly.

During the springsummer we will leave the fan on all the time but im concerned myself or the kids will go to turn the light off and and press the main switch which is the easiest largest button to hit without looking

This will in turn power off the fan which will not be intended

Its winter right now so we dont have the fan running to tell if that is going to be a problem or not when it comes time but is an initial concern

Though the switch was installed and accessible from the ios “home app” it wouldn’t show up from the meross app on my iphone

Im a fan pun intended of the meross ecosystem and have a couple of their other products including a wifi switch and garage door opener
