Pros

Installation takes less than 3 minutes. Just scan the qr code on the device from the home app to add. It was easy to register devices in the app and to connect them through to apple home app.

It's chunky but so are the others. An affordable brand with acceptable quality. Delivered very promptly and in good condition.

Only downside is the switches are bulky so it’s difficult to plug something in next to them.

Easy to setup and works as advertised. Easier to connect/install than the not particularly clear instructions suggest. Works well and easy to setup.

Cons

Meross plugs constantly fail to connect randomly. Turning off at the power point and back on sometimes fixes it, sometimes you have to delete and reset then reinstall the device. Meross app is also terrible and cannot add the plug to monitor or contro... Read More

If you want a working smart plug get a belkin wemo. After a cumbersome setup (use only 2) have other smart outlets such as hue and eve which are older without issues.
