Consequently i had to make up a mounting board to accept the 4 mounting points on the rear of this extension then bolt this under my desk where i wanted it

The supplied fixed lead is long enough for this

Also if you have an adapter that faces the opposite way to the one shown in my first image it’s going to block one of the outlets

I have one on all the time so i can control the lights using their own app and two others turn on each day at 7am and then it turns off after 14 hours
