Same problem with the single wall connectors. Cheap plastic boxy housing is very ugly and collects a lot of dust being white. Buy a belkin smart plug.
Feeling very conflicted. This is repeatable. Waste of time, thankfully amazon has a decent return policy.
This product is only certified for ul 1363 like some shady companies. After multiple attempts to reset it and add it back, it appears that the ‘smart’ part of this product has died.
