Pros
Meross garage door works with alexa and google home. Works with chamberlain myq or a chamberlain whisper drive hd600d. Uses a secret code or pin to open and close the door.
This was recently upgraded by meross in last 2 weeks. Product support is very responsive by email. They reply my email for compatibility check in 1 business day.
Attach the sensor to your garage door with double sided tape. One hour to pair remote, configure wifi, and mount.
It jumps to life. For the money it's great. I am very satisfied with this product. This thing is awesome.
Cons
My problem is it keeps disconnecting from wifi. Quit connecting to wifi, quit connecting to phone wifi for configuring. Alexa work, but only the “close garage door” prompt.
No joy. No difference. Disappointed is an understatement," says one reviewer.
Great concept, poor performance in my experience. Not the magnets and sensor. Completely unreliable product and horrible customer support. Works but fragile.

Competitiveness
I have several meross products with no problems.
It needed an accessory to integrate with my liftmaster garage door opener.
I already have a myq automatic door opener, but this lets me open and close the door.
The meross app also it's easy to operate.

It opens via app control and alerts you if the door is open or closed which is great

The app it links you to does not work directly and actually needs a a different newer app for function completely

It also does not work on the google home app only with voice control from google assistant voice control

Alexa integration was straight forward alexa recognizing the units before i even had to go through the discover process

The units just sit on top of the openers

The only improvement with alexa integration would be to be able and close the doors through the alexa app by opening the device in the devices list

I was concerned because of my home style and size that i wouldnt be able to use it because of where my wifi router is but it got a good signal when other devices dont
