Great value for money and it helps put my mind to rest especially if we get flooded during the night.
I think the price is very reasonable for the hub and the leak sensor.
The price is slightly expensive in my opinion.

We keep getting flooded so i bought this to go outside put a semi cover over it so it wont go off if the rain gets onto it

If you have a dualtri band router you may need to turn off the 5g to set this up

Underneath the sensor there a three metal prongs and when the water touches these it creates a circuit and sets off the loud alarm
