Pros

After 2 years my socks get soaking wet just walking around my yard through short wet grass. The merrill sole has deep ribbing, but a less aggressive tread pattern, providing less resistance on smoother surfaces. Merrell's are 8 months old and still go... Read More

They're comfortable and roomy. Wish they had a bit more cushion. Awesome waterproofing tech and really comfy.

Cons

On the first real hike wearing the new pair a blister formed toward the top of my heals. Some colors of some styles have the seam and others do not so when you receive a pair look and feel for the seam (see image) these shoes have a narrow toe box.

This shoe is not waterproof. Bought a pair timberland boots to replace these shoes instead. Merrell will not honor this as the defect showed up after the one year warranty.
