Pros

These are the comfiest boots i've ever worn. Waterproof in rain/snow/puddles. Great shoe for colder weather.

These merrell's have outstanding reviews for a good-reason. Its not too bad and not a deal breaker. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

Cons

The fit is not comfortable and the insoles supplied are quite flat. They are 1/2 inch shorter than my old pair. It's almost like they accidentally put 12 tags on size 11s.

Back to redwing. Very dissatisfied. Buyer beware.

Both the materials and workmanship are sub par. The ones made in bangladesh are absolutely not fine and only last a few months.

One of the best boots i have used over 40 years, handles my weight and backpack by supporting ankles and arch.

Great grip, i always check wet rocks before stepping, so far these have gripped well.

I have had 2 sets of this same shoe now and the tread lasts about 9 months with daily wear.

The waterproof part of these wears out in about 4 months.
