Pros

Merrel nova 3 is the most comfortable shoe i've ever worn. On my feet, all day, every day on vacation in italy. Very well made shoe and very comfortable, but very slippery when wet.


Cons

There are other footwear companies who stand behind their products. Merrell is not one of them. Poor craftsmanship and poor customer service. Heels are narrow and very unstable.
