The fit runs about a 12 size big and the insoles are not the best so i replaced them with some thick superfeet work insoles and now the fit is perfect and i get that extra cushion

I haven’t been wearing them long enough to attest to the durability of the soles but if some of the other reviews are true than they should hold up for a while
