Pros & Cons
Pros
These are my go to shoes for every day minimalist wear. The soles are relatively durable and the comfort is unmatched in any other of my shoes. They are the best thin barefoot shoe i have ever used. Love the merrell minimalist shoes.
Great for those of us w problems w our street thumpers. Been rocking these a few years now. For me, they're best at around town and playing w my kids at parks amd in the yard.
A nice snug fit though the heel and mid foot. Great fit around the ankle. The tread adds an appropriate amount of cushion (even tho there isnt any) if you want to wear thick socks and be outside in the winter, order your true size.
Toe box is perfect. Plenty of room for toe splay. Can wear toe spacers comfortably. Nice roomy toe box with enough room for my foot to sprawl out.
Highlights
Quality
These shoes are well made and fit perfectly.
Excellent flat shoe with a little beefier sole than the original
These became my go to shoes after 2 days.
I even tested them on gravel, and surprisingly, couldn't feel a single rock through the sole

I was looking for a pair of decently priced barefoot shoes to help build up my plantar.
Competitiveness
Nike has since gotten worse, and no long offer barefoot or no rise shoes.
I’ve always had good luck with merrell shoes and these are no different.
Not quite as good as the original nike frees were, but as close as you can get these days.
Sure, they won't win any fashion competition, but at least you won't look like a freak like when you wear the five fingers.
