Pros

The insole is removable to fit the orthotics. No real arch support but very comfortable just the same. Can be used as a slipper with or without a sock (light weight) they are ultra comfortable and look good with casual clothes.

Wore a pair for many years with great satisfaction. First pair lasted 23 years!

Cons

These are shoddy material. These shoes are very noisy! Based on other reviews for these and similar shoes by merrell, it seems like they aren't the quality shoes they used to be. I usually love merrell but these clogs are so uncomfortable.

Remove the insole and put a cheap thin insole from dollar store in it…. Outer sole is similar but has arch support in wrong place. They flop around the heel and top of foot. The foot bed is squishy.

It feels more plastic-y. Feels much harder rather then feeling stronger or supportive. Cuff on shoe is cheap plastic not leather. Top of shoe is cheaply & stiff with stiff lining.
