These are sturdy, comfortable, and waterproof. They make a bit of crunchy sound at first but it's because of the waterproof material and that seams to quieted down with wear.
They cradle my feet perfectly. My feet feel like they are being massaged all day!

The name aluminum is as what you’d expect a light gray but the photos online are about 12 stop to 1 stop overexposed so it appears to be an off white color online
