The arch support & stable footbed is perfect for me. The bottom is not very padded, but that could be fixed with an insert. My only qualm is they didn't have much arch support and were quite firm.

These actually lace up tightly and fit well on narrow feet. They fit like a regular-width shoe (the extra width you’d expect in “wide” sized shoes was not there). The length is fine.

Shoes are waterproof and have kept my feet dry. Only complaint is the coating on the toe will scuff and usually the first time you wear the shoes. No issue with foot sweat or odor with these & shoes.

These are great hikers. I love these hikers and the best part is they are waterproof. They are comfy to walk or hike in all day. It seems this pair of hiking shoes were a tighter fit than previous years.
