Pros & Cons
Pros
Only hiked for 2 days with them but so far so good. They really hold your foot well and are durable. The toe box is nice and roomy, no crushing of my toes.
Cons
They sell a 'high end' gortex version of merrell boots. There's a visible glue line attaching the soles and there are notches marks on the top side of both boots.
Highlights
Quality
Fit to your size… comfortable, easy to break in, sturdy and durable.
Very comfy boots , nice and warm.
Love the colours will hide dirt well, but light enough to use all year round.
Only time will tell if they are durable but very happy with my purchase so far.
Price
Was looking at an inexpensive hiking boot but which would still protect my ankles and be waterproof.

Suggest going wide with merrill’s if you prefer a roomy toe box like you get with a standard pair of keens
