This bar is huge and delicious. As a person who has struggled with protein bar addiction these are the perfect bar. These remind me of a healthier candy bar.

Meal supplement is a good step insuring that you get that boost. Not a bad option for my purposes but might not be the best for loosing weight. This does the trick and i can keep going another 30 miles with plenty of water.

Met-rx is an old-school go-to brand for me. Super cookie crunch is one of my favorites.

I bought 5 cases this week for the last 3 months i eat a meal a day and 2 bars washed down with 26 oz of metrx 100 ultramyosyn whey powder

Theyre high calorie at 390 per 30g of protein and thus fall firmly in 34meal replacement34 territory unless youre trying to gain weight

I’m not sure where the bars were stored but they were slightly smashed and looked as though they had been stored in different climates

Especially when youve opened that bag lying to yourself knowing fully well that you werent just 34only going to eat one or two
