Pros

The flavor is outstanding for what it is. Fills that empty void.

They pack a massive punch of protein (30g) in each bar. Perfect for a quick pre or post workout prot load.

Soft but not chewy, hearty but not greasy, sweet but not sickening. My favorite protein powder is iso-100 fruity pebbles.

These are ok on the taste and fill you up but if you are lactose sensitive beware lol

Very good bar for the money and carb content.

Wish they came in higher quantity and lower price.

I buy off amazon when it's on sale.

But when its not, it's over priced on amazon.
