Pros

Metrx is the closest to a full nutrition shake that myoplex was. It contains 51grams of protein, so i use it for a post recovery.

Add milk and a little hersheys chocolate syrup and it's not only drinkable, its good! The flavor is amazing one of few protein drinks that aren't awful. Thankfully this one is creamy and not chalky. Ignore my messy desk in the picture.

Cons

With the macros i'm looking for it'll most likely have to be core power 42g shakes from my grocery store5.

My only regret is that i didn't buy more when i caught the sale price.

I'm at 4-stars overall as having 51 grams of protein in one can is a plus, but the price is high in my opinion.

Solid product in my opinion, and it would easily achieve 5-stars if/when the price ever drops, which it won't most likely.

Shipping

My problem is that they do not pack it properly in the shipping box.

Packaging/appearance

You can’t beat the amount of protein you get in the drink.

The packaging for shipping needs to improve.

Last two shipments have damaged one or more cans which then leaked all through the box.

Competitiveness

Great has alot more different vitamins than any protien shake that offers 50 plus grams of protein that i seen so far 12 mar 2022
