Pros

The product was recommended to me by a nutritionist. It was recommended by my gyn doctor. It's hard to say if this was what did the trick or something else, but i think this helped a lot with peri-menopausal hormone fluctuations.

Cons

Product contains black cohosh, which has been strongly linked to liver damage. Regular chaste berry seems to work better. Chaste plus isn't as effective for * symptoms.
