The pills are red color, but the shipment i just received are a yellow color. This is common from the natural ingredients used in our product. This product used to be a dark red rust color.

The smell is perfumy and synthetic. It tastes like bad air freshener or a urinal cake. It smells like a very strong bad citrus perfume.

The vitamin is a small gel cap and is easy to swallow.

Recommended dosages of 400 to 600 iu daily are a complete joke and waste of $$.

Their price per iu makes em a bargain.

It is a little on the expensive side, but it is a good product.
