The extra vitamin b6 (400%) is a huge plus right now as i'm experiencing morning sickness.

Used them for two of three pregnancies and swear they kept me from getting morning sick and gave me more energy.

Yes it is wasteful to individually packaged pills, however if you are a busy mom needs prenatals, it is convenient to just open a pouch.

Competitiveness

I had tried a few other brands with stomach aches or digestive troubles when taking them, these vitamins are so gentle on the stomach!

It's around the same price per month and i feel like the quality is much better!
