This is a natural herbal supplement that helps reduce inflammation. It takes time, but it does begin to help alleviate some of the *minor* aches.

I also take vitamin supplements and chromium but the difference between pain and no pain was definitely this product.

Competitiveness

One of the best natural anti-inflammatory products i know of.

I do not take ibuprofen or naproxen, or any other anti-inflammatories other than this products.
