Pros

Daily dosage helps curb muscle cramps. I wish it was prescribed or recommended more often than the oxide or citrate.

I no longer get rls at night and my heart no longer scares the bejesus out of me by skipping beats. Who’s a light sleeper or is just trying to get better restorative sleep in general.

Cons

The silver label is 200 mg per tablet and these are only 100 mg. Extreme nausea, stomach cramps, dizziness, and diarrhea.
