Pros

Metagenics multigenics is an excellent multivitamin. It's somettimes hard to find a multi-vitamin without iron.

Some ingredient in them seems to help with my chronic fatigue symptoms. A serving is 6 large tablets.

Cons

The vitamin a is 10,000 iu which is borderline toxic levels. Of course the return date is pasted by a few days.

So happy to find this brand on amazon for a reasonable price.

Expensive but health is totally worth the cost.

I don't mind the extra cost, my health comes first.
