In the clinic, they sell the same product and it has to be brought home on ice to keep it cool and then put in the fridge.
Even says on bottle probiotics are most effective if kept in fridge even prior to opening the bottle.
Competitiveness
I use many metagenics products as well.
My wife’s doctor who had her tested with biome.
Then call them, they can give you a practioner code, to sign up with on the metagncs site and they ship the product cold to you.
But it's one of the better products on the market.

Theres no peer reviewed studies to offer the consumer legit examples of benefits so all we have to go by is anecdotal and the manufacturers statements
