I put a small amount of solution on a rag and applied it to the tiger stripes and they vanished!
Krud kutter however removed everything in one spray and one wipe.

A couple years ago i washed the gutter with a couple other types of general cleaning spray and the other cleaners did not remove black streaks and stains

Yesterday i sprayed the gutter cleaner waited 2 minutes and after trial and error found wiping the gutter off with dry rag worked best

Since many people said that it strips paint and stains i figured i would try a different approach

I would suspect that the paint that gets stripped is either on older gutters or where the installers touched up scratches with gutter paint
