As a seasoned guitarist i recently upgraded my guitar with the metallor top load guitar bridge tailpiece fixed hardtail saddle bridge and i couldnt be more satisfied with the results

The bridge base is a fairly thick stamped piece of steel sheet but not very flat

I machined the bottom surface of the base flat to make contact with the guitar body over all of its surface

The bridge needs to be centered relative to the strings so measure the position of the neck center where it attaches to the guitar body and use that measurement to locate the bridge center
