Essentially, the shipping is what sucked and i gave it 4stars, but the product is great, whatever was left of it.

My first bottle was the 18 fl oz bottle, and it lasted me nearly a year because this soap goes so far compared to other brands.
Tried another brand recently and i could tell his hair felt bad so went and bought more of this stuff again

This smells really good but you tend to have dry skin this soap is a bit drying it lacks moisture
