It has no odor and foams nicely. It has a light, fresh scent and rinses off hands easily. Fragrance free foaming soap is hard to find.

Cons

Refill soap is watery and not foaming as much as bottled soap. I have three dispensers, and it doesn't work like normal in any of them. Not worth it.
